Treesa is the older sister of Thorna Thornwillow. Together, they've protected their garden for centuries and have gotten used to that life together. Treesa cares very deeply for Thorna, getting worried when Thorna goes rogue, but showing compassion, as she understands Thorna's wishes of freedom and condemns herself to protect the garden alone, by giving Thorna wings to fly. Other students - Characters who attend high school, but who do not attend Monster High. Most of these characters only appear once in the fiction, but the section also contains students who have not been confirmed to attend Monster High yet or who have left Monster High. On top of that, the section includes characters exclusive to the Monster High book series. Treesa is very calm and has a very peaceful endeavor to her, fitting of a nymph. She seems to be very merciful as well. Being a tree nymph with tree-like qualities, she holds big respect and cares for nature, so much that she's dedicated her entire life, for centuries, to protect and take care of a single garden, along with her sister Thorna. She's satisfied with this life and doesn't have any plans of changing it in the future.Accessories: Clawvenus has gold hoop earrings along with a large gold statement belt and a matching bracelet. She also has golden vines on her wrists and a bright lime green bag. Her prototype box seen at the Toy Fair 2012 had a different catchphrase which was "A shrieking violet". As a water nymph, Lagoona's mom has to stay near water or she can become weak. Posea is a sea nymph and a goddess, and she could also be seen as a type of mermaid. Unlike other nymphs, Posea knows magic as she is a sea mage, most likely because she is also part goddess.

Since Lagoona's mom is a sea nymph, Lagoona Blue is also a sea nymph, but her father is a water monster making her a hybrid but it's never said that she's a hybrid.Clothes: Venus wears a metallic green dress featuring jungle stripes and frayed edges. It is covered with a layer of pink glittery tulle that resembles petals. Her shoes are bright pink invert heels with fangs molded onto them. Accessories: Venus has her usual lime green wrist and ankle vines along with a clear yellow-green glass with a gray cap. As a nymph, Thorna resembles someone who is part human part tree. This is from the Ancient Greek myth of Daphne, a Naiad (Freshwater Nymph) who became hunted by God Apollo, who wished Daphne to become his lover. To avoid the God, Daphne transformed into a laurel tree.

Venus's personality is that of a classic eco-punk. She loves her fashion and music loud and bold, but is a softie in every other regard, especially when plants are involved.Secondary pets - The pets of Monster High that are essentially fiction-only and rarely feature in more than one medium. Lagoona's mom, a water nymph, has pale purple skin and fish fins on her legs and arms. She has pale blue hair with blonde streaks and small purple spikes on her shoulders. Posea has pale blue skin, a lower body of tentacles, and gills.
