There’s no denying that this dual-ended eyeliner pen has its pros—like having an ultra-fine tip and a larger tip in one product—but our tester found that the formula bled a bit as she applied it, and it was difficult to remove. If liquid eyeliner pens aren't your jam, don't fret, because Dorman says inkwell liners are an easier option when it comes to controlling the amount of product to use. "If there is too much product on the applicator, simply wipe the applicator on a tissue or a palette to get the exact amount desired," she says.
